The Hawaii Federation of Buddhist Women’s Associations
The Jodo Shinshu Buddhist women of Hawaii is devoted to sustaining the teaching and programs of Buddhist practice. Their annual gift to PBA’s financial aid program supports the School’s mission to enrich lives with Buddhist values and develop students’ courage to nurture peace.
Kahuku Scholarship
Recipients of the Kahuku Scholarship receive $1,500 for their awarded school year. This scholarship was established to maintain the legacy of the Kahuku Hongwanji Mission and develop future generations of the Hongwanji. The Kahuku Hongwanji Mission served its members for 111 years before closing its doors in February 2013.
